Decisions, decisions, decisions.
LOTS of my feedback has been that the banner you see at the top of the blog currently is a bit too dark, a bit TOO edgy... Well. That kind of bums me out, but at the same time I completely agree. :)
So here are a few other things I've been working with and I NEED YOUR INPUT! So comment, tell me which one you like best, or if none of them float your boat. Remember- we're looking for a logo that reflects ME and my style (it IS all about me, remember! haha) If you like one of the NEW ideas, but don't like the colors TELL ME! :) I love you guys. (OH! And the fatty black border that's around them WON'T be part of the logo, just FYI)
Options:
A. Same idea, different color scheme
D. Basic, clean, and the © can be used as a watermark, trademark, etc... ...
(but is it a bit boring?)
OR E. THE ORIGINAL BLACK BACKGROUND WITH GREEN LETTERING, LIKE WHAT IS AT THE TOP OF THIS BLOG RIGHT NOW!!! :)
Opinions, por favor!

I like 'b'... and can you make the writing semi-transparent too?
I think I like B as well
one of them didn't come up on my computer, but I did like the black one you already have. I don't know I think black is good for photography. Photography kinda goes well with black. It seems very elegant. maybe you could try other colors for the font? I think the bluish color was too bright almost kiddy. the brown is nice.
It is up to you my dear.
hey would you travel to Portland to take photos? I am going there for spring break and was wondering if maybe you could come take my photos?
I like b and d. ;) I know, I'm a lot of help eh? :)
i like the last one!
Alright Lady, I am back to offer some of my invaluable input ;-). For whatever reason I think B (the gray) is a vast improvement on the black. But, I love love LOVE D. I have to completely disagree with the idea that it is childish. I think adding that tiny bit of color is brilliant because it reflects that zest that you have for life and especially photography. You aren't the run of the mill when it comes to photographers, you have this distinct style, so I really enjoy the blue. You could always change the color, but I like it! Wow, I had a lot to say....
I like d out of your options; I don't think the cursive lettering reflects you
Out of your options I like D and the one you are currently using. The problem I see with the black is that your name is not visible enough. Maybe try a font with thicker presence (if that makes sense). I like the black a lot but it is a bit hard to read from a distance. You want people to be able to read it from at least a few feet away.

My vote is for B or D.
I have to go with option D. I think. With the big circle C. I like it. It is good.
Ok, along with several other people, my favs are B and D. B, because I'm so into that brown and blue (or brown and green, or brown and pink) combo phase right now. But D because, well, I think it's creative, just like YOU!
Not digging the black at all...way too harsh on the eyes (in my opinion). The brown is SOOO much better! I think it depends though. Are you going to put that on all of your photos as the watermark? Or is it just your logo and you will use one of the other ones as a watermark?
E for me.
Okay, I STILL like the set-up of C the best........but maybe try a different font.
I liked "D" the best! I don't know.....sometimes less is more? I think simple and basic aren't always bad. My second choice was "b". A bit more your style maybe. I like the color in B better than the other choices! Good lucky ducky.
Just now found your blog, so.... sorry if I'm out of line for chiming in... but I love the last one! LOL!
D is my all-time fave. Just is. There. Ta Da... Done!
